Please keep in mind that due to Bangladeshi rules on shippable items, fragility, and other constraints, digitaltrendcollection.com does not carry every item available in our stores. Prices on the website are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (Tk.) in our local webstore and converted to foreign currencies for each nation webstore where we deliver. While supplies last, DTC products featured on the internet may be available in select DTC stores in Bangladesh. In some circumstances, product displayed on the internet is not accessible in stores. At different periods, different stores may have different prices or promotional events. The website's sale prices are limited-time offers and do not represent the prices in Bangladeshi stores. Pricing in international stores varies.

Delivery, Return & Exchange Policies

Easy Return & Exchange (Local Delivery)

You are requested to accept the parcel as close box. If you encounter any issues such as defects or incorrect sizing, Please inform us promptly  we will resolve your issue ASAP. 

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase then we are here to resolve your concern/issue. We will be delighted to exchange any item returned in a saleable condition, with its receipt and original packing. Please note that due to your Device Screen settings and photographic lighting, the product color may vary. Moreover, all fabric pieces, or patches included in the product, are mentioned in the product description on website.  We will only be accepting those products for exchange/return that either have manufacturing issues, wrong sizes and the shipment of the wrong items.

No extra amount will be charged for the exchange of the same product, however exchange will entirely be dependent on the availability of the product. Exchange with a different product is also possible but the additional cost of the exchange product will be paid by the customer.

After getting your exchange/return query, your order will be first checked by our relevant team after assessment you will be offered an exchange (depending on the availability of the product)

Because our goods are handcrafted, we cannot guarantee that the product you see online and the product you receive will be identical, though we make every effort to ensure that they are as near as possible.

Refund

We have no policy for refund, the policy only for exchange, however in case of non-availability of the product, or if the received item is in a flawed condition, a coupon of the same amount will be issued by online team & will be availed online only.

Please be advised that discounted items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before the shipping process. After the shipment of your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number against your order
